NastPlas
Multidisciplinary artists exploring the intersection of art, science, and technology to challenge our relationship with nature.

BIO
NastPlas is the artistic project of Fran Rodríguez Learte (A Coruña, 1979) and Natalia Molinos García (Vitoria, 1980). Currently based in Palencia, Spain, this duo has been creating for over 20 years. Their work focuses on visual experimentation with digital media (CGI, 3D, AI) to explore imaginary forms transformed into images, animations, and sculptures.
NastPlas’s work questions humanity’s relationship with the natural environment within the context of exponential scientific and technological advancements. Their art fosters a connection between art, science, and technology to envision and shape the future. Their unique approach blends digital innovation with traditional craftsmanship, resulting in works that flow between both worlds in a process of constant reinvention.
Their creations have been exhibited in institutions such as Untitled Gallery (Berlin), Dynamic Art Museum (Milan), CAFA Art Museum (Beijing), Osaka Art Museum (Osaka), and K11 Art Foundation (Hong Kong). They have participated in art fairs and festivals in cities like New York, Miami, Istanbul, and Paris. Notable collaborations include brands like Apple, Nike, Red Bull, and Lexus. Recently, NastPlas was awarded the ADSW Global Digital Art Competition at COP28UAE (Dubai, 2023).

“We’re drawn to the unexpected and strange: merging art and science to imagine possible futures and rethink our connection with the environment.”
